Hi and welcome to Cheyenne Farms Equine Center

 

Hi, my name is Lisa Amey and I would like to welcome you to Cheyenne Farms Equine Center. I've loved horses all my life. The very first time I saw this farm, I was about 12 years old. It was so wonderful! When I was at the farm, I felt I had walked into anther world - like Disney Land, but with horses. It was a wonderful place where your dreams could come true.

However, by the time I was 20 years old I had stopped riding and began to work all the time as life would have us all do,. But my love and desire for horses has never stopped and missing the comfort I received from them left a void in my soul.

Not until November of 2004 when I met Cheyenne, my Arabian/quarter cross mare, did I realize what I had been missing for the last 23 years of my life. Not only has she filled that particular void in my life, but she has given me back my childhood dreams. Only through the grace of God was it possible for me to bring those dreams back to life; I have purchased the farm I once loved as a child, now called Cheyenne Farms.

Cheyenne Farms is dedicated to bringing dreams, happiness and people together, giving children and adults alike the opportunity to feel and share their love for horses.
